Rescue Mission in Amsterdam!

A tornado caused severe damage to the Dutch city of Amsterdam. The situation is worsened as the three scientists, who are very important in connection with the Sahara-project, have been to a United Nations conference in Amsterdam at the time of the disaster. You not only have to get control of the situation, but also have to rescue the three scientists in danger in order to avoid the Sahara-project from being delayed too long!
