I have installed the Bieberveld mod for emergency 4 but when I started playing the mod there were no emergencies happening. I waited 10 minutes for an emergency but there was still no emergency. Can someone help me?

Last week I had problems with a mod that I had downloaded. The mod is the bieberveld 112. The problem was that there were no emergencies coming. I have dowloaded and installed the update version of the mod but I have the same problem. Can someone help me with this problem?
