My EM4 launches and crashes immediatly on desktop

heres my file

during now i installed it, i couldnt install Directx 9

just like EMERGENCY 2 And 3 my intro videos diddnt display a

maybe this was the problem?

Did you try to install Indeo Video codecs ?
