We need to read your error report, to answer your question. The reason for your problem can be different.
- Check if your Emergency 5 / 2016 / 2017 / 20 Years game Version is updated to 4.2 (every version below is not able to be used)
- If Version is correct, delete mod from your mod folder and install it again. While installation, don't do anything on your system. The Installer needs to unzip about 11GB data files.
- If Installer seems to freeze, dont panic, thats a normal behaviour. Wait and don't do anything on your system till installer has finished work.
- Check if your Emergency 5 / 2016 / 2017 / 20 Years game Version is updated to 4.2 (every version below is not able to be used)

You Need to Update your Game. Another version is not aviable.

If you have the Steam version of the game, update it from within Steam.
If you have the boxed version, download the latest update from world of emergency: world-of-emergency.com/patch?lang=en
